Refund policy

Please read this policy carefully. Your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pscrewauto.com or submit the contact form. We will respond within 24 hours; we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exchanges

Upon submitting a return for exchange request from within your account or contacting us to initiate a return, we will send you instructions to return your items within 24 hours.

Upon receiving, your items for exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds

We would notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know via email within 24 hours if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Currently, refunds take up to 7-14 business days to process. The amount will be based on your invoice amount minus shipping charges.

Warranty Claims:

We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of the receiving date of items. We will pay the shipping cost.
You can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of 
(a) Refund to the original payment method.
(b) Replacement item sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 2 days; after 2-3 days item will be shipped.
